WEBVTT

1
00:00:00.653 --> 00:00:03.363
A manual, a report, a useful page.

2
00:00:04.274 --> 00:00:06.682
Print to RAG gives familiar documents a

3
00:00:06.695 --> 00:00:08.695
path into the knowledge your assistants can

4
00:00:08.708 --> 00:00:09.221
use.

5
00:00:10.129 --> 00:00:12.721
From a supported computer, choose the configured

6
00:00:12.734 --> 00:00:13.682
virtual printer.

7
00:00:14.589 --> 00:00:17.734
Recoverable document text reaches the Print Inbox,

8
00:00:17.945 --> 00:00:19.682
while the original file stays on the

9
00:00:19.695 --> 00:00:20.682
source computer.

10
00:00:21.589 --> 00:00:23.839
The inbox holds the document for review.

11
00:00:24.747 --> 00:00:26.787
It proposes where to file the text,

12
00:00:26.997 --> 00:00:29.326
and nothing enters a knowledge collection until

13
00:00:29.339 --> 00:00:30.142
you approve.

14
00:00:31.050 --> 00:00:33.063
Choose from destinations you are allowed to

15
00:00:33.076 --> 00:00:36.392
use: private knowledge, a configured bot collection,

16
00:00:36.603 --> 00:00:38.076
or shared swarm knowledge.

17
00:00:38.984 --> 00:00:41.063
A bot destination alone does not mean

18
00:00:41.076 --> 00:00:41.642
private.

19
00:00:42.550 --> 00:00:44.708
Approve one destination or several.

20
00:00:45.616 --> 00:00:47.747
The intake record tracks where copies were

21
00:00:47.761 --> 00:00:51.300
filed, including failures or partial completion, so

22
00:00:51.313 --> 00:00:53.510
a proposed filing is not mistaken for

23
00:00:53.524 --> 00:00:54.353
success.

24
00:00:55.261 --> 00:00:57.839
Ask an authorized assistant about that material

25
00:00:57.853 --> 00:00:58.339
later.

26
00:00:59.247 --> 00:01:01.326
Reference information can help with a home

27
00:01:01.339 --> 00:01:04.458
project, a class, or work, without finding

28
00:01:04.471 --> 00:01:05.734
the same page again.

29
00:01:06.642 --> 00:01:09.392
The service must be installed, activated, and

30
00:01:09.405 --> 00:01:10.050
connected.

31
00:01:10.958 --> 00:01:14.405
Documents need recoverable text; image-only pages are

32
00:01:14.418 --> 00:01:16.655
reported rather than silently invented.

33
00:01:17.563 --> 00:01:18.076
Print.

34
00:01:18.984 --> 00:01:19.616
Review.

35
00:01:20.524 --> 00:01:21.195
Approve.

36
00:01:22.103 --> 00:01:23.497
Put your knowledge to work.
