Your inbox, calendar, and day in one surface - the ADR-037 reference comms app.
Opens ?app=email-summarizer on the demo deployment. On your own box it is the same URL.
3 screens in the ribbon · opens on email-myday
What it does
Reads your connected Gmail + Calendar (read-only scopes), builds a prioritized My Day digest, and the communications bot summarizes your day and drafts replies on its own harness/model with cost captured per user; sending is a single explicit-confirm gated action. The communications-bot node, the kernel sendGmail/sendOutlookMail machinery (with the header-injection fence), the gmail/outlook/twilio connectors + CLIs, and the inbox-ingest Signals engine stay framework-resident; this package is the surface over them.
Accountability
Every capability is declared in the app's manifest and attached to a named bot identity, so the work has an owner and its cost has a line item.
What it needs
google outlook twilio facebook. Your token is encrypted per user and consumed by a fixed server operation — the model never sees it.Also on the productivity shelf

This app does not ship its own queue, its own credential store or its own cockpit. It declares what it needs and the platform provides it.
