What it does
Earnings codes with FLSA overtime computed per workweek; typed deductions with garnishment priority; encrypted SSN/EIN; gross-up; void corrections. Produces the NACHA ACH file your own bank executes, printable checks, Form 941/940 and Florida RT-6 worksheets, issuable W-2s and the SSA EFW2 submission, then reads your bank's returns and notifications of change back in so a failed deposit is visible instead of silent. Deterministic: no LLM computes a dollar, and every tax constant cites the primary IRS/SSA document it was verified against. oshal computes and produces; your bank and the agencies execute. It transmits nothing.
