Persistent-flight design lab - shape a solar-endurance aircraft (span, area, aspect ratio, battery, cells, buoyancy fraction, site, season), run it through the validated aerosim engine (wing polar, 24 h energy limit cycle, admissibility screen), read the verdict with real plots (SOC trace, polar, drag buildup, margins), and download the build package (STL / DXF / BOM).
Opens ?app=aero-lab on the demo deployment. On your own box it is the same URL.

What it does
The Python engine is bundled and feature-detected; a box without the engine venv reports honestly as unavailable rather than returning numbers.
What you can ask it
Registered server-side, scoped to the signed-in user. The bot calls the tool — it never shells out, and it never handles the credential behind it.
Accountability
Every capability is declared in the app's manifest and attached to a named bot identity, so the work has an owner and its cost has a line item.

This app does not ship its own queue, its own credential store or its own cockpit. It declares what it needs and the platform provides it.
