The Python engine is bundled and feature-detected; a box without the engine venv reports honestly as unavailable rather than returning numbers.

Registered server-side, scoped to the signed-in user. The bot calls the tool — it never shells out, and it never handles the credential behind it.

Aero Lab Capabilities. Report the aerosim engine's availability and per-module capability flags (polar, evaluate, screen, mission, export, hybrid buoyancy)
Wing Polar. Compute the real wing polar (CL/CD vs alpha, drag buildup) for a design vector via the aerosim engine
Evaluate Design (24 h energy loop). Build the vehicle from a design vector and fly the 24 h energy limit cycle — SOC trace, min SOC, drag buildup, mass closure, margins
Admissibility Screen. Run the sweep-contract admissibility screen on a design — returns admissible plus the exact reasons when not
Export Build Package. Generate the physical build package for a design — STL wing panels, DXF ribs/gores, airfoil dat, BOM, build sheet
Draft Aero Design. Ask the aero-designer concierge to turn a plain-language craft request into a design vector draft
