What it does
Connect GCP at /utilities; the cloud-ops-bot reads your projects/services/instances via your connector token and acts on your behalf (read-only by default) - the API-based replacement for gcloud. The cloud-ops-bot node, the GCP CLIs/toolkit, and the gcp connector + token broker stay framework-resident; this package is the manifest + queue over them.
Accountability
Every capability is declared in the app's manifest and attached to a named bot identity, so the work has an owner and its cost has a line item.
